At Nariah's Cosmetics, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets ALL of the following conditions:
- The product is unopened and unused
- The product is in its original packaging with all seals intact
- The product has not been tampered with in any way
Sanitation Policy For the health and safety of all our customers, we are unable to accept returns on any opened, used, or unsealed cosmetic products. This includes lipsticks, foundations, eyeshadows, skincare, and any other beauty items that have come into contact with skin. This policy is strictly enforced and is non-negotiable.

- Items not in original packaging
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Nariah's Cosmetics is not responsible for lost return packages.
How to Initiate a Return Email us at hello@nariahscosmetics.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
